My now tv broadband isn’t working it isn’t even showing up in my Wi-Fi to connnect but when I check service status on website it says everything is working I have done a reset a couple of times not doing anything
Is this across more than one device? Are you able to get a wired connection? Subject to that, all I can suggest is getting in touch with the broadband team directly, contact details here.
