Broadband not gone live

My broadband hasn't gone live on the date it said it would? Been 2 days now. Any idea?

Just happened to me as well... it's been two days and the service isn't answering even after 40 minutes of waiting...

Keep at it, there is long waiting times on the call centre. See the red banner in this link.
