Broadband not connected-But payment continuing

Broadband has not been installed becuase Openreach have not connected the property despite the passage of 2 months but payments are going out as if we've been activated.In fact the account says as much. So we are being charged for a service that,as yet, does not exist.

Am running out of patience.
