If the middle green light is not constantly showing on the front of the Hub Router and you have gone past the scheduled live activation date, then you need to phone the NowTV Broadband Team.
You will find their telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here.
Once you reach the Orders & Appointments section, click on the drop down arrow below the live date to reveal the number to call.
