Broadband not activated yet

Hi, I am New to UK and opted for NOW Broadband for my house. My golive activation date is supposed to be on 4th November, but it didn't get activated yet. I am almost running out of my mobile data as well. Could anyone suggest how to make this process speed up. Thank you.

Best option is to call the broadband team.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
