Broadband no internet

Hello,

 

I got my broadban yesterday but the internet keeps going off. I used it for a few minutes and it’s off now. What do I do?

Is the internet light on the router green?

If not contact Now.

Was your go live definitely yesterday? Otherwise use the post from @Jayach to call staff.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Yes, the activation date was yesterday the 5th

It's strange, as you say it worked for a while, but if you have checked the cable between the router and filter/master socket is secure then call Now.
