this happened to google.co.uk, youtube.com etc.
Once I wait for 5 mins the issue disappear, however during the 5 mins it is a bit helpless because no action including "windows network diagnostics" can solve this. And this forum only works when there is an internet available. So before my next losing internet, I hope someone could tell me you experienced this before and solved it permanently.
