Broadband much to low ( 10Mbps down)

Broadband much lower than guaranteed ( down by 10Mbps ) and can’t get hold of Bot, live chat, to solve issue.

Can anybody give me a reason why,; I’m nearing the end of my contract.

As a broadband customer, you have a phone number you can ring.


My Account/Broadband & calls/Moving House will give you the number you need, even though you aren’t moving house.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
