Hi
My NowTV kit meant to arrive today. DPD tracking says it will arrive tomorrow. My broadband is going live tonight.
When i signed up with NOWTV i wanted the broadband to go live on the 4th. But the date has moved to 5th.
I am very disappointed with your service already as it has been to changes already.
Could you please let me know will my account will be charged from tonight even though i don't even have the router with me.
