Broadband keeps cutting out. 13 times in 3 days. How do you talk to support?

Our broadband keeps dropping. According to the modems logs it's done it 13 times in the last two days.

How on earth do you get to talk to someone technical who may be able to fix this?

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
