Anyone else having broadband issues in the Exeter area? I work from home and am losing money because I can’t do my job today, but I can’t find any info on when this issue is likely to be fixed. It’d be useful to know if others have no broadband too. Thanks

Now is domestic broadband, and doesn’t really offer the SLA that WFH potentially needs.
But several people have used their mobile as a hotspot during broadband outages, for business continuity, and found that the automatic compensation they get more than covers this.
However, you do need to register your outage with the Now Broadband team, to start the compensation clock ticking.
