for months now my broadband has been slow beyond belief, crashing and just shutting off at the box. I cant get hold of anyone at now tv as I need live chat due to being autistic. My 2 year old is stuck in lockdown and we can't stream TV, movies or music. I cant access my online counselling or my support network and I need help. My husband (a telecommunications engineer) has assessed our home set up and has determined once again it is a fault at their end or on the line outside our property. Im fed up with this awful service and lack of customer support.
