Broadband internet connection keeps dropping

Hi, the internet connection for my NOWTV Broadband becomes extremely unstable recently. The issue has been around for a few weeks. The internet occasionally dropped at the beginning, perhaps once per day. But it dropped every few minutes in this weekend. I tried restarting the Hub, but the internet light kept flashing and turning yellow. I'm not sure if it's due to a technical issue or not, cuz there're some issues with my payment as well. It's really weird that I cannot see my own payments. And it seems like I haven't make any payments so far, but I have been using the broadband for over 6 months. I have submitted all the payment details required. However, everytime I checked my bills&payments, it shown the error saying "oops something went wrong". Actually I tried to call you as well after the online technical check. You asked me to send a photo of the setup of the broadband and call you back. When I called you back, you asked me the exact same questions. I really don't know what I'm supposed to do now. I hope this forum thing works 😬.

Sorry to say that the forum doesn’t get maintained by broadband support and all posters are directed to calling the broadband team. Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Can I assume you've checked the status of your line in this link?

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
