Broadband hub activation problems

should have been activated 2 days ago but nothing happened- service point said must be set up so waiting for engineer visit in another 2 days. This is weird because it’s same set up and phone point my son used for exact same hub a month ago- he left home and I needed my own account. Having read posts here I’m not confident on quality of equipment and service....here’s hoping it gets fixed on Friday 🤞
