Broadband go live

Hi I recently moved home and changed address with now tv. They said my go live date is today and this is also displayed on my account. stating that it can take up to 12am.  However its 21:41 and its still not on so I'm wondering if it really takes up to 12am because I thought it would have been on by now.

 

Any help would be grateful

My broadband is still not live and when I go on it it takes me to my old broadband account with someone else

Yeah mine is doing the same. I have just contacted Now TV and they said there has been a delay with openreach and Now TV will contact them and then Openreach will email me within 72 hours to let me know when my service will go live. They also stated that BT will compensate me £5.00 for every working day that I am without broadband.
