My go live date was today. My orders page shows all ready to go, box all set up correctly but only 2 green lights on. The internet one is off. Unable to get through to customer service.
Does this mean I am not going live today.
Your broadband could go live anytime up until Midnight tonight.
If it's showing under Orders & Appointments that your broadband is now live, maybe switch off the power to the hub router for a minute to see if it kicks starts your internet.
Should there be no three green lights on the front of the router by Midnight, then give the nowtv broadband team a call first thing tomorrow morning.
