I had fibre broadband go live yesterday and it's working fine - however my phone line no longer works.
I had opted to keep my old number during the order process. When i pick up the phone there is dial tone, and when I ring my landline number from my mobile it just rings forever (no call is recieved at home)
How can i get this fixed?
Then if that's the case get in touch with the Broadband Team using one of the communication methods in this link below.
Phoning them would be best if you can use your mobile.
