Broadband go-live completed yesterday (19th) but no phone service/dial tone

Hi

 

I had fibre broadband go live yesterday and it's working fine - however my phone line no longer works.

I had opted to keep my old number during the order process. When i pick up the phone there is dial tone, and when I ring my landline number from my mobile it just rings forever (no call is recieved at home)

 

How can i get this fixed?

Try ringing your mobile from your landline telephone number to see what number appears on your mobile (just in case NOW haven't ported your existing landline number across to their service).

I can't there is no dial tone on the land line - it's dead - sorry i made a typo in the first post.

 

My landline is completely dead - no dial tone

Then if that's the case get in touch with the Broadband Team using one of the communication methods in this link below.

Phoning them would be best if you can use your mobile.
