Broadband frequency.

Hello guys.

I am trying to fix a camera in my house. But it will only connect with a 2.4 Ghz frequency WiFi. How do I find out the frequency for my broadband? And is it possible for me to adjust it? Any help please.

Hi Schnapps 

Thank you for the tips. I have followed your brilliant advice, but unfortunately the camera still won’t connect. I will get back to the supplier for solutions. They told me to try doing exactly what you advised, but not how to do it which you have explained very clearly. I can now boldly tell them that the problem might be with the camera and not my WIFI. Thank you very much.
