Broadband drops every 30 mins for a week now!! No live chat, when you phone no live person !!!

Can you please call me as your recording hangs up on us.

Can you please have someone on your live chat?

Can you please do some customer service.  Very frustrating when your broadband keeps droppping out! For over a week now.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

We are all just customers like you here; alas, from Now, no one can hear you scream 😢

I suggest you go and make a fuss on Now’s Twitter/X feed, and see if that produces better results.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Call centre is for broadband. Are you calling the number on this link?

Keep at it, as wait times can be a while at times from what other users have complained about. Using the link for the number I posted you also have a form you can fill out if you want to do that at the same time.
