Broadband download speed only 1Mb

I'm supposed to get 36Mb on the Fat Fiber package, but am only getting 1Mb download speeds at the moment. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, sorry to hear your broadband issues. I am just about to sign up for now broadband and have been told I can get 32mb at my address has your now broadband always been this poor (1mb) ? I don't want to switch if some of the comments I am reading are this bad. Any advice would be welcome.

Call the dedicated Broadband Support number you have been given.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
