You won't ever get any broadband updates from staff on here. As the forum is not used in that way.
At best if it's a widespread issue, you will get a red banner notification telling you the areas affected. That's it.
For any updates you must call the broadband team. See this link for the number.

PS if you get someone on the call centre telling you to come back here, they are talking 100% rubbish.
