Broadband down

Our broadband has been down since 10am. Upon ringing nowtv there is an automated message saying it’s a widespread issue. Is there a timeframe for when this should hope to be fixed? Thanks

Can I assume you've checked the status of your line in this link?

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Hi, yes done all this. The link to check service issues also says there aren’t any!! However when you ring up it says they are aware of issues… thanks for the help
