Broadband down


anyone else having issues with their broadband recently?

it was working fine Sunday and when I got back Tuesday the internet started dropping out. The last two days it’s not worked at all, the internet like has either been off, amber or flashing amber.

I’ve tried resetting, restarting, tested the phone line which said my number wasn’t available/not in service.

never had an issue with the broadband before.

any suggestions or advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks for number. Every time I call up it just ask me to take pictures of the box and hang up the call.

There not anyone I can speak to directly without going through all this hassle?
