Broadband down in belfast

Hi, can anyone tell me why my broadband is down. What does an outage problem mean? Thanks

It means there is an outage in your area and OpenReach are the ones who deal with ALL broadband issues for NOW.

If you're still without internet, call the broadband team after 8am. See link for number.
