Broadband has been a bit wobby here on the Yorkshire Coast for a few weeks but today's dropout is taking longer. Reconnection was quite quick. Not helpful when working from home. Add the fact that we're affected by the Bilsdale transmitter fire and have no TV signal, we are reliant on Broadband for our TV service at the moment. Problem couldn't have happened at a worse time. 😕

Over on Sky / NOW Twitter a few people have reported an outage in the Scarborough and surrounding area.
Sky / NOW are currently looking at it according to Twitter.
Might be worth contacting NOW to add your name to the list.

NOW Broadband customers are given a number to call which is ideal & exactly for scenarios like this!
It’s buried away in the Key Facts doc that they send when you join.
In case you can’t find that, the number is zero three three zero three three two three zero five zero and then follow the menu system route for broadband customers…
TV customers - don’t bother calling because you won’t get very far!
