Broadband down: error message "access point temporarily full"

My Superfibre broadband went down two days ago. On my mobile it tries to connect to the wifi but brings up the error message  "access point temporarily full".

I ran the Now TV diagnostics and it gave me the option to book an engineer, who doesn't need access to my house apparently, so I did.

I've heard nothing since, no emails, notifications on my account - so I'm stuck trying to work from home with no internet, which is a nightmare, with no idea if or when this is going to be fixed.

Has anyone been able to resolve this problem themselves previously, or know what's caused the issue? TIA
