Broadband down: Leith, Edinburgh

Struggling to get connected, even though all lights on the hub are steady and I've restarted and switched on and off numerous times. (I'm using my neighbour's WiFi with a rival ISP, hence my ability to get connected at all). 

Wondering if this is a local issue or a general issue. I had connected customer service (as yet unresolved) at the beginning of the week to complain that the signal went no further than the room the hub was in, and now this...

Your best to keep pestering the broadband team. As they are fully reliant on OpenReach, it will be whatever they are telling IPs.

Yes, I've tried points 1 & 2 and 'everything looks good' which is not the case. I shall keep pestering the broadband team.
