Broadband disconnections

Hello everybody,


My broadband stops working every few hours for several minutes. In the last 24 hours I recorded at least 5 disconnections. This is making the connection almost unusable. How can I get help with this?

You could always set the router back to factory settings, infor how to do that on this link.


Otherwise you can call the broadband team.

Same for me. I have to put the crap Now TV router back on to do a line test just so I can go to the next step of reporting the issue.
