Every single night at 12:27 the internet will turn off, every time I restart the router and after a while it comes back on. for a few moments, I will have internet and it will then turn back off. this happens all the way up to the morning, I guess around 7-9 but I don't know exactly. my thought are maybe there is a restriction but I can't find how to turn it off, otherwise, I'm not sure. any help Is appreciated.

Have you tried a full reset of the router?
Call the broadband team in the morning after 8 to see what can be done.

Is the device in question etherneted?
If so
Log onto router
Go to ethernet
Disable "Energy Efficient Ethernet"
That would be the main cause of disconnections after midnight after maintenance and line faults

Are you using any kind of booster/mesh system both to extend wifi and running ethernet cables from booster/mesh to devices.?

Due to the length of time the broadband is down its unlikely to be a dlm reset.

Holy moley , your line is capable of 70-80Mbps. Noise margin should be between 3 and 6db
Looks like a line fault , don't know what minimum speed guarantee you have but indicators are you are below it . Call now broadband right away to report the issue
