Broadband device setup issues

Hi
Can anyone advise....
I bought nowtv broadband and activation date was yesterday (18th july) I followed ALL instructions for set up and broadband not working this morning (Friday 19th)
Is this a known issue?

Assuming you have connected up the router correctly and it’s powered on, in the first instance try switching off the NOW TV Hub at the wall, wait about 1 minute and then switch back on. Give it 2 or 3 minutes to reboot and connect (or not).

 

If still no joy then it could be that Openreach have not yet connected your line. But a bit more info would help!

 

Which lights are ON or OFF on the NOW TV Hub? And what colour are the lights that are ON?

Are you switching from another provider? If so, who?

Or is it a brand new connection (no previous provider)?

 

You might want to give them a call to find out what’s happening.
