I am having serious issues with my Nowtv broadband d dropping out a d taking ages to reconnect. I often get an error code 014 or 018.
I'm losing conne tion at least 10 times a day and at all different times, I know the internet is working harder right now but I'm paying for broadband I cant use and tv packages I cant watch.
I've reset the wifi box, bought a stuck instead if the box I was using as thought It may be that.
I've tweeted NowTV help a couple times and never had a reply.
Any help would really be appreciated.
having the same problem as you but all they say is [ the internet working hard ] absolute rubbish they are playing with the speed and signal not nowtv ? but the main suppliers ie openreach every 10/15 mins drops out cant watch a thing its rubbish phoned up they said it was reported and would be fixed still the same after 2 days not good enough we are paying for a service we are not getting
