Broadband connection is not working, it says connected without internet. This problem coming from last night. Customer care asked that it is downtime and will take 24-48 hours. How can I complete my office work ? Very difficult situation to solve this kind problem.Any help ?

Nothing we can do apart from tell you to contact the broadband team until it’s resolved.
Have you set your phone up as a hotspot?

Now is domestic-grade broadband. If you require an office-grade service, you may need to change supplier.
For the moment though, you could run off a hotspot on your work-supplied mobile, or your own mobile and claim the cost on your expenses.
