Broadband connection keeps dropping out when it rains

Good morning, as soon as it starts raining and is wet outside my broadband connection starts dropping out every 5 minutes. Technical check says everything is okay but it isn't. I work from home and this is an English winter when rain is not unknown. I may occasionally get drop outs at other times but as soon as it is rains it is persistent. Any advice please?

Sounds like a fault with the line perhaps?

Call the broadband team to get it sorted.
