Would suggest speaking to the nowtv broadband team by signing into your account on here and select My Account > " Broadband & Calls" and click on the section under moving home where a telephone contact number should appear on your screen.
Looking at the red service bar at the top of the forums, it looks like that the phone lines are busy at the moment so keep trying until you get through.
