Broadband buddy

Hello, 

 

I am trying to turn broadband buddy off but 1) I cannot see the broadband buddy option in the "settings & pins" section and 2) if I try to access it via https://account.nowtv.com/broadband-buddy/settings/ I get the message:

Well, that didn't go to plan.
Please wait a moment and try again
 
I also tried to access from a different network and on a different browser.
I saw several posts on the matter, but no solution worked for me.
 
Any further help?

This seems to crop up from time to time.

Best bet to give the NOW Broadband Team a call tomorrow where their opening hours are between 8am to 8pm.
