Hi there,
we changed our settings at the weekend and since then every time we try to access the page we get a blank page. I have tried accessing the page one multiple devices connected to the now to connection (both wired and Wi-Fi) I have also tried on my phone on mobile data and none of them work 😞
any thoughts on how to proceed?

There seems to be a Technical issues at NOW end, where i can't access Broadband Buddy myself on my account (never had a problem in the past).
Maybe jump over to live chat or phone the NOW Broadband Team after 8am tomorrow morning.

same with me; can't access Broadband Buddy; i get blank page after clicking setting.

Broadband Buddy is now working again for me using MS Edge 😀.
