I’ve just tried accessing a local cricket club website because I’m looking for event venues, only to be told it’s blocked by Broadband Buddy. That’s not something I would ever have set up as don’t have kids, so upon logging in to my account, I see that broadband buddy is actually switched off?! As is all parental controls. When I try to click on broadband buddy, it does nothing. It won’t register that I’m clicking on it so even if I wanted to, I wouldn’t be able to turn it on (not that I want to, but I just wanted to access that particularly area).
Very confusing and majorly frustrating on two counts. Firstly, why on earth have you blocked a local cricket club website and secondly, why is it blocking websites at all if broadband buddy is disabled?

That’s a question for broadband support. Which you need to call the team by using the number in the below link.
