My now tv broadband box won’t connect to the internet. When I turn on the TV, it says I’m connected to the wireless network but not the internet? It has been working absolutely fine for almost a year so I don’t know what’s happened. I’ve tried turning it off and on, rebooting etc, all 3 green lights are on so not sure what else I can do…

Take it you mean factory reset when you say reboot?

Sorry I just mean the internet box no idea what it’s called lol. And yes I’ve held the button down on the front and it’s reset

It is plugged in to the wall is this the Ethernet..

As you say the box (it's called a router) has 3 green leds on the front it should be connected to the internet.
I think the only thing you can do at this point is report it to Now.
