Only been a broadband customer for a week and our hub has died. We have tried all the usual test. Unplugging it, trying a different socket. How do I get in touch with someone for a replacement please?

No lights nothing. Completely dead. Managed to find a number for customer services, replacement box is on its way.

Yeah, it does sound like the NowTV Hub is broken if there is no power light on and you have checked the power connection at both ends.
Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for your replacement Hub.
If by any chance you was a Sky Broadband users and still have a Sky Router lying around the house, then plug that in where you can use the Sky Router on the NowTV Broadband service in the short term.

@schnapps We have found the fault to be the power adaptor, unfortunately we don’t have one the right size for the connection to the box. Our old router is a BT one and the connecter on that is too big. Luckily we have ample data on our mobile phone packages so we should be ok for a few days.
