My connection was due to go live yesterday 28th around 12 pm I got a text that open reach engineer has been allocated and that was it no further updates.
When ordering and on my order tracking page it's says a engineer does not need to visit it will be done remotely. It still says this now even a day after activation date.
I have just checked the router and have no internet I also have check the master socket and have no dial tone.
I previously had broadband 6 months ago.
What to do next ?

I have a family try call on my behalf because I have really bad anxiety phone phobia, but they will not let them deal without me confirming my details card etc.
I really in a bad way at the moment and do no what to do, I've never had this issue with other providers and normally can solve problems with live chat etc.
