Hiya, I received my now tv hub during the week and had an engineer come out to visit yesterday at 12pm, he said it can take “up to 24 hours” for my broadband to go live and work, it’s now been 28 hours, is it going to go live? Or am I paying for nothing?

If your live activation date should have been yesterday and there is still no internet when using your Hub Router, then you need to get in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team.
Open the link below (make sure you are logged in on here with your NowTV Broadband sign in details) and a telephone number should appear on the link screen highlighted in green to call.
