People whose NOW TV broadband did not go live on the activation date, how long did you have to wait until it finally activated?
I am now 4 days past my activation date, 2 calls to customer service, whilst friendly, have brought no real answers, I’ve been promised twice that someone will contact me with an update, and no update has arrived.
Based on this and other customer experiences I am starting to worry that I could be waiting weeks for it to go live, if at all. All this whilst I am working from home due to Covid.
