Hi, my activation date has been and gone. Ive sset up my hub two and have 3 green lights but im getting no internet.
The check through the website says im wwaiting for delivery or engineer but ive received the hub and its connected?
Normally three solid green lights on the front of the Hub 2 router would mean you are good to go with the internet.
I am assuming you have connected your wifi device using the SSID network name and password indicated on the bottom base of the router ?
Have you got any devices that work over Ethernet, if so try one of the Ethernet ports on the back on the router, just in case there is some sort of wifi problem with the router.
If none of the above works, then hold the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 secs to see if the router kicks into life.
Otherwise contact the NowTv Broadband Team, you will find their telephone number on your email order acknowledgment.
My wifi enabled device just says i need to sign in to the network?
As if its a public hotspot
It makes no sense
