Broadband Speed Slow

Hi I need to know how to upgrade my broadband as the one I have now is to slow for us. Can anyone help please

Hi @Anonymous User

Sign into the nowtv website on here and select My Account > Broadband & Calls and under Broadband Plan click on the drop down arrow which then should show an upgrade button on screen, click on it and there should be a telephone number to call.
