Broadband Set up

Hi, 

 

I've had an engineer come to set up my broadband yesterday. He said he couldn't do it and i should await further instructions from now tv and I've been waiting. I need to know what the next steps are now on what to do.

Update:

 

I've called now tv so many times and there has been no communication back from them on resolving this. It's been 2 weeks but as you can imagine without internet and the frustration of using a mobile phone to hotspot , it feels much longer
