Internet hasn’t been working for the last two days.
now I’ve exhausted both our 4G data allowance on our phones.
this is terrible service.
anyone else know how to report or even get through to anyone on the phones because I’m just kept on hold endlessly.
im paying for internet, amazon prime, Netflix, NowTV cinema pass, all of which are obsolete because the internet is down.

Try their online live chat Web service.
I am not aware that the service is closed over Christmas.
To reach live chat open the link below and click on the small blue arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button.
Also i am guessing you have double checked the wiring between the router and telephone socket and also pressed the reset button on the back of the router for about 10 seconds.

Though I’m not sure if you are talking about just NowTV Broadband being down, or a more general BT Openreach failure, affecting all ISPs, over that patch?
