Broadband Installation Due

hi, I spoke with your representative and I created an account with NOW. I should have received router this week and the installation day is due today. I haven't received anything though.

You need to go back and call the broadband team as support staff NEVER come on here to post. Don’t even think they monitor it.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
