My Broadband has been excellent since I joined NOW a few years ago, but since March there has been a number of times when it has been disconnecting at a rate of between once a fortnight and once a day or more. The only thing I can do to turn off the router wait 2 or more minutes and then power it up again, which will usually allow it to run up to full speed, but not always.
It seems to me that this occurs in hot weather and is a NOW infrastructure problem. Any suggestions?

@Anonymous User
Factory reset to the router by holding the reset button for 15 seconds.
Call the broadband team as it could be a fault somewhere on the line as far back as the cabinet. See link below for number.
