Broadband Down

Hello,  hoping someone can help. I have tried calling and have had no help as the operator hung up and as I type I have been on hold for 35 minutes! My broadband has been down for 2 days I have tried restarting, unplugging, reinstalling etc and still nothing.


Please, if anyone has any suggestions that would be appreciated as I am seriously considering leaving as the customer service is APPALLING!
