Mine has been bad a few days, keeps asking me to sign in.
Gone off totally now, Amber light on the router. Just called Now and auto message said closed for the day and cut me off.
I'm in Worthing, West Sussex.
How do we find out what's going on?
Oh, PS - I am in Crawley, so the issue is quite big. Only been with NowTV broadband for a month and the service is dreadful - my broadband dropped today when on a teams call. Genuinely dreadful, I should have stayed with PlusNet

On the forum, all you will find is like minded customers. NOW staff very seldomly come on the forum itself and post comments.
Thankfully I am up in Edinburgh Scotland, so have escaped any of the broadband outages!
